RENOVATION AND EXTENSIONS
We have over 20 years of experience with home renovation, refurbishments and extensions. We love to work with you when developing ideas, in order to achieve the best project for your budget.

CONSERVATION & HERITAGE
We embrace the challenge of producing innovative and interesting designs alongside heritage buildings. Combining the new with the old can achieve hugely exciting spaces in which people love to live.
We have a clear knowledge of the constraints linked to conservation and heritage buildings, and work regularly alongside conservation teams as well as English Heritage.
SELF-BUILD PROJECTS
Self-build projects, are truly exciting, bringing people’s dreams to life. We can advise on methods of construction, produce technical drawings and building regulations information, as well as recommending specialist building contractors that are right for you. We can also offer help and advice on the latest construction methods and green energies for heating and lighting your new home.
PLANNING APPLICATIONS
We have a wealth of experience with planning departments across the North West of England, including the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales’ National Parks. We advise on all planning matters from small to large residential schemes.
We also work closely with English Heritage and the local planning conservation teams.
TECHNICAL DETAILING & BUILDING REGULATIONS
We’re not here just for the planning, but for the construction of your project too. The ‘devil’s in the detail’, and that’s what makes a good project, great. We offer a partial or full service to bring your planning permission to fruition:- resolving planning conditions, producing technical drawings and details, building regulations and administering building contracts.
ECCLESIASTICAL
Ecclesiastical buildings are both beautiful and interesting. We have years of experience working with listed buildings regarding their repair and maintenance, and unfortunately the replacement of stolen lead with modern materials.
We also have experience in the alteration of church buildings into combined church and community centres.
The office will carry out quinquennial reports, having worked in the Diocese of Blackburn and Carlisle and also in Methodist Churches.
